This past Saturday we were in line for over 15 min waiting for them to serve about 6 customers in front of us. When arriving to the cashier stand, the attendant told us to Hold on a minute while a co-worker prepped her own drink. Furthermore, she decided to tie-up the credit card machine. It was at this point we left. Dunkin Donuts has no regard for customer service made evident by having 4 personnel behind the counter and only 1 person semi-working. At least Starbucks has a system where all personnel are working.
The barristas at this Dunkin Donuts are by far the best that have ever served me at a Coffee Shop. They are top notch. The food taste and food presentation is great. I was in Ramstein AB for a week. After the barrista noticed I ordered the same black Coffee every day... after the third day, my Coffee was in hand as I paid. I rarely rate anything or anyone but these folks deserve 5 stars! I was truly impressed. Customer relationships matter and we had definitely built one.
Kind of difficult to get to their location...believe me, I just tried. They wouldn't let me pass the base gate I looked for Dunkin' Donuts on Google Maps...I had no idea this one is inside the air base . Maybe mark it somehow on Maps that is not for outsiders, to avoid people showing up at the military base gate asking for donuts
They're doughnuts are way overpriced and to my surprise they charge 1 euro for sugar!!! REALLY??? Every other coffee shop sugar is free. Id rather go around the corner get a german pastry for under 2 euro and a coffee with FREE sugar....Ridiculous!!!! I dont see them.lasting too much longer. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Slow service. Drinks done way out of order. Ordered two drinks one came out 10 mins before the other. Staff gave drinks to 15 people that ordered behind me. When asked they said they were working on it, but the cup was just sitting there.
Friendly costumer service! I like that they like each other! My orange juice is always fresh and served very quickly! It’s also a nice place to have a break and always has been •____• Thank you!
Ich habe herausgefunden, dass sie ein Frühstücks-Sandwich mit zwei Eipatties machen. Einfach großartig!
