WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT COME TO THIS DUNKIN, I think this is my first time writing a review, especially a bad one, but I had to. AFSANA is the name of the rude lady, please avoid this person, so mean and doesn 't deserve to be working with costumers with that attitude. I purchased a caramel late and accidentally dropped it in my car, didn 't get a sip of it, then come back to ask is she could do another one and gave me the worst attitude about it when I was just trying to explain it was an accident and showed her pictures. This location really needs more staff! It's conveniently located next to the city's municipal building and courthouse, right across from the county college, making it a busy spot. Unfortunately, the service is incredibly slow. To add to the frustration, almost every order I received was wrong! During my visit on a Friday morning, there were only two employees on duty. So, if you're heading to this Dunkin', don't expect quick service! Additionally, it's high time to update the pictures for your location—it's been over five years since the store relocated across the street!
I just placed an order through Uber Eats, and everything was great. My coffee was made exactly how I requested, and I received the right bagel and donut (which is a big plus!). Additionally, the packaging was top-notch—everything was securely sealed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
I used the exclusive member app to redeem a free muffin with my drink purchase, but I was informed that I needed to place the order by phone instead. They also offer a barcode that can be scanned in-store. Their employee training definitely needs some improvement.

No wifi. No bathroom. Coffee terrible. Have all your own amenities if You need to study cause u will be disappointed. Staff judgmental. I don't even review this way. I try not to give anything one star
I truly enjoy visiting Dunkin' for breakfast, coffee, and donuts. Their menu offers a great variety, and overall, I would give it a 5 out of 5!
The staff member in question should be dismissed. Every time I go to buy coffee, she is consistently in a bad mood.
