April 28, 2024: I am keeping my rating at one star. The woman at the register didn't know how to make an Iced Mocha, so I just ordered a regular coffee. My Everything Bagels did not have any cream cheese on them. October 2020: This restaurant has really gone downhill. The employees at the register don't seem to understand the importance of cleanliness, as I found a fruit fly in my sealed coffee cup. It was gross. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to make me a new one. They also couldn't communicate well in English, making it difficult to deal with them.
