They were very well known about gluten and cross-contamination, and the menu was full of GF options. I had the whole grilled Dorado (Sea Bream) fish and it was excellent. Vinho Verde was also great. Hubby ordered the calf steak that was cooked to medium and had to send it back three times because it was raw in the middle. The bathrooms are different. Astroturf on the walls and a common sink for men and women who were broken so you could not wash your hands. Instead, they offered hand sanitation.
Went here because of its placement of this website. Had no gf menu, or gf markings on the main menu. Had no gf bread. Fries were not an option as they were cooked in the same fryer as gluten. The staff was relatively knowledgeable and able to tell me what to avoid, and there were decent options, but not plentiful. Ended up having the pork cheek though which was delicious. There are decent enough options, but it shouldn't be a gf go-to.
We ate here our last day in Lisbon. Quick summary the food was Excellent, and most items are GF. The owner and staff is well aware of GF. The location is small, on a small street just off the main square. But the food was tremendous. Would highly recommend eating here while in Lisbon, if your GF or not. Questo posto è fantastico, abbiamo apprezzato una splendida serata di destino, con diversi cantanti portoghesi e chitarristi fenomenali. il posto è piccolo, è necessario prenotare in anticipo. massima gentilezza dei gestori, ottime tapas, in tutto quello che abbiamo speso euro per testa, tra cui diverse tapas e musica. it was my first time to visit the Fado music bar. so amazing and impressive it was. the senhor put my place in front of the musician, and I could hear and watch how they sing and gitarre play. song fado is not always slow. there is a variant rythm. I can recommend this place. até logo!
Restaurant hidden in a small street. Inside, an interesting atmosphere and cheerful service. The service informed us that all dishes except three from the menu are gluten-free so you don't have to worry about cross-contamination. Everything was delicious.

Wir wurden in das Restaurant nebenan ausgelagert. Das war aber kein Schaden. Gutes Essen schnelle und freundliche Bedienung. Das Essen war durchwegs wirklich gut aber der Käse der Vorspeise war einfach sensationell.
