The customer service at this restaurant is awful. We sat at the drive-thru for 5 minutes and said hello, but nobody responded. We then moved to the window and attempted to greet the employee, only to be met with a rude response demanding cash payment only. It was clear that the staff were not interested in providing good service, and it was a relief that we did not end up eating there. The employees seemed unkempt and unprofessional, which is likely why they only accepted cash. I eat Burger King alot, but this one has the rudest laziest employees I have seen. I had to go inside after the drive thru because the one sandwich I ordered was wrong. 3 employees were just standing around talking. When I showed them that it was wrong they tried to make it my fault. The drive thru woman stood up and agreed with me that they made it wrong. The manager actually made a very rude comment about by saying bacon isn 't good for you . Seriously, she should not work in sales, or customer service.
We drove today along North Federal Highway in Hollywood, Florida. The building is in very poor condition and looks like it is in a state of despair. The staff taking orders did not seem to understand our requests. The restaurant's appearance was very unappealing, and if I were Burger King, I would be ashamed to have this place open in such a condition. I probably won't be returning. The food was just okay.
intercom made so much feedback noise, no quitting paper to print in. ordered 3 meal times with only 2 serviettes in the bag, not to give ketchup. before we could ask for something else, they closed the window and closed it. how fast they're locked in, let me say we're getting out of the ghetto, that it must be too dangerous here. sandwiches were dry, not good, but fries where hot! 9/1/22

do you call this a ho? there are no salate tomatoes, or everything on this burger. I think the employees should let the customers know that they are out of stock and not only sell these half made burger and pass this as a hoe, they only let them drive away to discover, there are no ingredients on the burger. very disappointed. I will not return to this Burger King.
This is worst than any project in the world. The manager is just... I have no words to explain this. If you have a bit of blood in your veins please keep away from this place.THIEVES. You will order and pay food through UBEReats but they won't ring it up on their end. So you will get what they charge at the restaurant, not exactly what you paid for at UBEReats.
Today was the 3rd time I tried this store and the 3rd time I walked out. It wasn't busy at all but the staff was overwhelmed by the 3 people in the store and I really don't like to look at men's behinds with the pants half down behind the counter. Save that for da hood.I'll never be back
Very odd experience. Drive thru, late night. We clearly placed our order three times and got both our order and that of someone else, too. There appeared to be three employees in total and they seemed to be a tad high.

went to the drive-thru the load was empty no one was in the drive-thru. When I went to the intercom, they always told me to keep going. waited 5 minutes and just left. I can see why they got such a low rating.
This establishment should not be open. I don't believe they are capable of maintaining the Burger King franchise.
