I have eaten at Dusty's cafe on a few different occasions. Each time the food was excellent but the service horrible. The last time I was there my table was forgotten it was over 20 mins before my order was taken. i had to go up to the counter 2x's to ask for a coffee refill then part of my order was missing. But the food was very good. We decided to give the cafe a another shot. They do have really good breakfast very yummy homemade raisin bread...Again the food was great Kudos to the Chef), but the server could have been more genuinely pleasant more attentive to refilling coffee.
If you are looking for the best Breakfast, best servers, and best atmosphere...Dusty's is it. Service is quick and accurate. There's a lot of unique art to be seen. Chairs are comfortable but space is maxed out throughout the dining room. The Bar is perfect for that one person needing Breakfast but since it serves Breakfast all the time, you can get it any time! I would give it a 5 but their limited hours of operation really sucks.
I usually have a really great experience here but today was awful. I don't know if it's the waitress or the cook but somebody needs to pay attention. Not only did I need to send my meal back half of my moms was missing and I had to ask for my daughters applesauce multiple times before she got it. For 5 people we got two sets of silverware. I finally get the right meal to find hair in my home fries... you have got to be kidding me!
Good prices, cheap for a reason. Location is accessible and close by but this place is a hit or miss. I have been and the food has been great and came back only to have my boyfriend send back a steak that was so undercooked he couldn't eat it. If the health department came here, went to the bathroom and was forced to look at that kitchen it would not be open. Food is let even par. Employees take smoke breaks and don't wash hands. I don't recommend.
Awesome staff, awesome food. I recommend two-seaters for couples because there are a lot of couples who come in, including myself and my SO. Overall 8/10 would recommend.
You get what ya pay for. Not terrible by any means but your basic diner food. Tastes the best when you've been drinking all night and wake up still a little buzzed'
