I visited on Saturday around 4:30 PM and had a frustrating experience. The employee taking orders felt the need to engage in lengthy conversations with the two cars ahead of me. The first car took an additional five minutes as they discussed several orders, and then the truck in front of me added another five minutes of unnecessary chatter. To make matters worse, the guy kept talking for an extra four minutes, further delaying my order. It’s well-known that time seems to drag on at Dutch Bros, and despite only five cars being in front of me, I ended up waiting over 15 minutes for a drink that was cold and missing the ice I paid for. Today's visit was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a Dutch Bros. Damien provided outstanding customer service and was incredibly energetic. He was even more excited when he learned it was my wife's birthday. She's from Oregon and has been a longtime Dutch Bros fan, and she remarked that his personality is one of the best she's ever encountered. Great choice for an employee, @DutchBros! I wish him all the success in the future.
Love the different drinks they have to offer. Do wish they offered fresh and more pastries, but Dutch bros is still delicious!! As far as this location.. Very friendly, upbeat beat bartistas!! Clean area, There can be lines depending on the time of day, usually fast at taking the orders, but can still have a bit of wait time. That's Dutch bro though. Depending on what side you enter, can be a little traffic jam.
I just love coming to Dutch brothers I live in the same cruise area and there is not a Dutch brothers in our area so when I get around to see Won I'm really excited I always liked their drinks and I love their muffin tops and they also give us great service. I waited 25 minutes only to receive the wrong drink, despite them confirming my order three times. Whoever prepared it made a mistake. I didn't taste it until I got home since I got it for my family. This was a waste of my time and money.
Happy employees lead to happy customers! After four years, I returned home and found that Dutch Bros is still delivering an outstanding customer experience along with excellent coffee. Keep doing what you’re doing!
Ordered a black Americana with seperate cream. The icred coffee is great. To my surprise, the cream tastes milk and serve on a separate cup. The line is short. Very good experience.
