I recently reviewed my debit card transactions for Dutch Bros. Coffee from September 1st onward, and I've noticed some unusual charges, such as $19.68 and $16.92. My usual coffee orders are typically in rounded amounts, like $8.90 or $7.75, and when I do tip, I usually add a flat $2.00. Therefore, I'm puzzled by these odd amounts. It seems possible that I may be unintentionally being charged a percentage tip that I did not agree to. I need to look into this further.
Amazing workers always pleasant when I arrive in the mornings, even in a rush. I stop by here almost every morning and one of the woman there knows my order and she’s amazing!! Such nice people always inviting!
