The food was exceptional, and I have no complaints regarding its quality. However, the service left much to be desired. When we requested more Parmesan cheese, the manager brought it but made a sarcastic comment, saying, “We’ve already added Parmesan to your food!” Our waiter also forgot to bring us bread, and when he finally did, there was no butter or oil for dipping. He neglected to bring my boyfriend his beer and then seemed confused, asking if we had decided on dessert after we had already finished the one he had brought us. It took quite a while for him to bring our cards back for payment. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I’ve yet to find a restaurant in Madison that offers good...
This was our first visit to D’ Vino’s. We took our friends there from Colorado. Our entrees were, Mussels, lasagna, pasta bolognese Swordfish. All were delicious. The owner stopped by our table at least 3 times to introduce himself, offer recommendations on the menu and to make sure our food was prepared correctly to our liking and to also say goodbye to us. The ambience was lovely, our server superb, the Wine outstanding. We loved this place and will be returning again. It was the nicest outing we’ve had in a very long time. It felt like family there… WONDERFUL we give it 5 stars!!!
I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! The waitstaff were incredibly friendly and made our celebration feel truly special. The food is genuinely authentic Italian! I just came back from Tuscany and saw dishes on the menu that reminded me of Italy! We also enjoyed the Classico Chianti wine, which is a rare find in this area! The owner even stopped by our table to chat with us! Overall, it was a fantastic evening!
If you like great Italian food with a personal touch, this is the place. Dino takes great pride in celebrating his family's heritage. A regular menu combined with daily specials are great. Be prepared they have great pride in their desserts! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Andre's service was excellent, as always. I treated myself to an old favorite, swordfish, and I can't wait to come back soon to try one of the many other dishes and specials on the menu.
The food, ambience, dessert and the cocktails were amazing. The seafood pasta was amazing and cooked to perfection. I really had an amazing experience.
