1. It was quite a long time before anyone came up to us and directed us to a table, the restaurant was not busy. In the customer service industry, its a fail and it was a frosty cold welcoming. 2. After sitting down at the table, there seem to be one waitress, although a big restaurant not many tables were occupied. The waitress still did not smile or make us feel welcome. Another Fail. 3. On with the food, it was OK food for the price. 4. We were never asked if the meal was OK. Again another fail, 5. I asked for the bill, and I waited and waited and waited? I went to walk to the bar area where I got another frosty cold reception from the girl behind the bar, because she had to go for info f...
We have been coming to the Gondola for over 10 years now and it represents excellent value for money. The staff are attentive and all the food is well presented and of good quality. The menu del dia is just 9€ per person and there is always plenty to eat. If I have to give a negative it is that they hurry you throughout and do not serve all dishes together so on occasions somebody may be just having their starter whilst others are eating their main course. Not what you expect from a restaurant.

Very friendly, took care of us and our bikes. Full lunch starter, main, desert, drink and coffee) for 10 euros. Was ready to improvise to offer us a vegetarian meal.

El trato y servicio excelente. Local acogedor, nos impresionó al entrar. La comida de calidad, espectacular, lo recomiendo 100%.
