The pintxos bar is excellent, one of the best in San Sebastian, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The pintxos are varied and sophisticated and look like little works of art. A lot are fish based. There are bocaddilloes and pintxos on the bar and you can order hot pintxos the hake in batter and the oliyos ball are very good. Russian salad, bacalao and the peppers, olives and anchovies are the best we had on the trip. The Oliyos ball is a piece of tuna, coated in béchamel sauce then battered and deep fried very good! There is also a restaurant which is a bit disappointing. The cooking is from the same kitchen and is very simple all the creativity and attention seems to go into the pintxo...
De mis sitios favoritos en todo Donosti, y sin duda del Antiguo. Son unos súper hosteleros que hacen las cosas bien, hasta un mosto te lo pone bien rico. La delizia, la tortilla de bacalao, el oliyo, seguramente comer o cenar está delicioso, yo suelo ir de aperitivo. Pero es un servicio estupendo y siempre todo con mucho mimo!
Oliyos es un excelente restaurante. El servicio fue excepcional con personal atento. La comida es deliciosa, exquisita y muy bien presentada. El ambiente es acogedor y muy buena ubicación. Los camareros nos trataron con respeto y consideración. El servicio fue rápido y profesional. Definitivamente lo recomendamos a todos.

Very close to our hotel and a great find. Superb cod, lovely salmon with crab and prawn and tasty tuna. 4 glasses of wine under 5 euro what more could you want.
Wow. The food and service at this place was awesome. Delicious tapas and great wine at very reasonable prices. So good we went there twice. Highly recommended.
