Tried 3 times.. each time they messed up so now writing a review, i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt being taken over in the last year but how can you get it wrong eachtime? First time they sent it freezing cold all good spoke to the manager got another one for next time great customer service, then next time ordered at 5pm for a timed order due at 6.45 called them at 7pm as kids gettin restless. Oh it was going to be another 45 minutes on a timed order??? Not happy! Thirdly I thought maybe they were extremely busy on that wednesday so we will give them a final try.. pizza was late again by about 30 minutes and stone cold. If you want a reliable pizza company avoid!
Late...as usual. Ordered the pizza on-line and arranged for a 7.45 pm pick-up. Finally got my pizza at 8.15 pm i.e. half an hour late. They were not busy, just incompetent. It was like watching an episode of Fawlty Towers. Never again 30 Aug, 2014 Never on time. I have ordered from Eagle Boys Wanneroo three times over the past few months and used the on-line ordering. You would expect that the pizza would be ready because it has been pre-ordered but this has never been the case. I ordered the pizza for a 7.30 pick-up and it was in fact ready at 8.45. I will never go to thjis place again as it seems to be staffed by amateurs who all need to invest in a good, accurate watch.

rang today order 2 pizzas, garlauch brot 1.25 delivery. the girl I spoke with was extremely rude, can not be disturbed attitude and did not even ask if I wanted the pizza deep or thin. I had to call back 20 minutes later to clarify what I wanted, and she says, ohhhh yp I forgot to ask myself, too, I wanted a koks as a drink. she tells me that it will take longer because she had already put the pizzas in the many who were deeply stuffed when I wanted to thin. then she rings 15 minutes later to say that there is no koks. I'm waiting near an hour and I live 5 minutes away. very rude customer service. hopefully, the pizza is better. 12:50 5 jan 2015

Ich habe dreimal versucht. Jedes Mal, wenn sie sich so durcheinander bringen, dass ich jetzt eine Bewertung schrieb, wollte ich ihnen den Vorteil des Zweifels, der im letzten Jahr übernommen wurde, aber wie kannst du es jedes Mal falsch verstehen? Zum ersten Mal schickten sie es einfrieren Oh, es würde weitere 45 Minuten auf einer zeitlichen Bestellung sein ??? Nicht glücklich! Drittens dachte ich, vielleicht waren sie an diesem Mittwoch extrem beschäftigt, so dass wir ihnen einen letzten Versuch geben werden. Pizza war wieder spät um etwa 30 Minuten und Steinkälte. Wenn Sie eine zuverlässige Pizza-Firma vermeiden möchten!

Not happy, this is an announcing problem with the Wanneroo shop, eating is delivered cold, tonight I'm an order reference nr. 412-8179867 the eta was 8:28 pm at 9 pm I called saying there are not many workers and there soon at 930 pm I called saying the same thing again, at 955 pm pizzen was up, it looks like a 4 year old had fun made to make one of the pizzas. would make a big frisbie her .. the cheese and speck garlic brot had no speck and was cold .. in not happy spending $46.10 and not get what I paid for ...

The staff here are very attentive. They are friendly and efficient when under pressure during peak hours. I've bought from worse so I was impressed.
