We searched all over Long Island for a down to earth, indoor/outdoor, authentic venue for an affordable price. When we met with Sophia after touring other venues in the area, we knew it was the one for us with a party tent and beautiful golf course backdrop. We had the same 3 goals: a fun party with incredible food, drinks and dancing. I truly cannot say enough good things about Swan Lake. We had our wedding here and from start to finish, the staff make it such a wonderful experience. We had a bit less than 100 people and it felt so intimate and personal. I worked closely with Sophia, Danielle, Elena, Charlie and then Jill as our bridal attendant on the day of. Every single one of them made me feel like my wedding was the most important event they’ve ever hosted. The food was also a 10/10, all of our guests raved about it. I would recommend Swan Lake to everyone!
I dealt with Sophia who is the sweetest person you ever want to meet. She took her time with me. Her next client had come in and I said I'm sorry for taking too much of your time. She said every person I am speaking to at the time is my priority, what else can I help you with? Highly recommend.

Really late review (sorry guys) but honestly most amazing people to plan your wedding with. I honestly miss planning with them it was always a pleasure (which is rare because most people say wedding planning is stressful) staff, food, ambience are all so amazing .
Attended a wedding yesterday. The grounds were perfect for pictures. Food beverages outstanding! All the staff were very attentive welcoming! Overall the venue was fantastic!!! Thank You Swan Caterers for a memorable fun time!
