Excellent Experience!! We celebrated my husband’s birthday at this location, and had a great time. We brought our 8 y/o daughter with us, and despite the fact that it was a very busy evening there, we were accommodated at a great table in the lounge that was in between the dining room and lounge, and was perfect. Our server (I’m terrible with names… was fabulous- friendly, helpful, and attentive. She made great recommendations, made sure I knew about the 1/2 price bottle deal, and brought out a birthday treat for my hubs at the end. The food was delicious, most notably the new Parmesan truffle chicken dish!
My friend and I enjoyed our lunch. I have, however, noticed that the portions of the Santa Fe Chicken Salad, are smaller every time I order it. Yesterday we sat by the window where it was extremely cold with the air conditioning. Our server, Kaelyn, was kind enough to move us to another table where it was somewhat better.
Went with a group of six before a show nearby. Great service and quick food delivery. We jumped right to main course and quality was great and everyone enjoyed. Our server was excellent and friendly and attentive, well done. Nice that we could reserve as the place was busy. Would definitely recommend.
Staff excellent, the Guy who took our reservation, chatty and nice, no rush just pleasant conversations towards our table. Out server, kind and respectful, no 'over running ' all the time. Food, perfect, tastefully and very nice arranged. Perfect lunch out, sure to be back.

Went here on a busy Wednesday before a show. Even on a show night, our server carson was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our evening without interrupting too much! Got us out in time as food and drinks were quick, everything tasted great too.
This Earls was busting! Great location close to the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium and SAIT. Service was excellent from Avery. We had roast beef sliders and Queen Bee pizza both were excellent and topped off our meal by sharing a pumpkin pie yummy! We’ll be back!
As usual my friend and I enjoyed our lunch. The Chicken Santa Fe salad is always very good. We have noticed the portion of avocado has been greatly reduced and my friend's salad did not come with any avocado. She, however, did not want to let our server know.
So, our server forgot to bring our appetizer. Didn't bring the correct wine to taste. Then everyone's meals (3) were served and mine showed up after everyone ate. Zero adjustment to the bill. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Not a good experience.

Great service and an amazing experience. The staff and guest service manager were great. It was a lovely evening with delicious food and drinks. Will definitely be back.
