The only downside to this restaurant is the slow wifi service. I purposely chose a high-end restaurant to have a meal and do some essential online work. Although the wifi connection is stable, it is incredibly slow, reminiscent of the 1990s. I had some small video files to upload to the cloud for my colleagues, but was told that it would take 12 hours for just one file! In comparison, I was able to upload two files in just one hour at Tim Hortons this morning. It's disappointing to spend over $60 on a meal and be stuck with outdated wifi. The staff at this restaurant is incredibly rude and unprofessional. However, our server was excellent. Unfortunately, another server who was not assigned to our table caused problems by verbally attacking a member of our group over their language. There were no children nearby and the issue could have been handled politely by simply requesting that we be careful with our language. We addressed the situation with management but received no assistance.
Just here to say a huge thank you to Kristy Holmes for outstanding customer service. We mistakenly left some birthday cards on our table when we left our table. They had some real sentimental value and they were fortunately recovered and cleaned up for us. It meant a lot-Kristy greeted me at the door and was very kind. My salad was amazing and I was very happy that I ordered it but it was expensive as I have never paid $30 for a salad before. However, I do recommend them as we were a large party (we made reservations) and everyone stated that they enjoyed their meals.
Truffle tortellini is always amazing and I would highky recommend. I always add the prawns. Service was great as always, food was on our table within what seemed like only a few minutes. This is our go to spot for anniversaries and special occasions.
I went there on a Sunday afternoon for a nice quiet meal with my friend. Love the quiet corner that we got. Service was lovely as well as the food. I know that the place can get a bit noisy but if you come during the day its great!
The food was very good, the waitress was very friendly, and there was a great atmosphere. Great date night.
The Bangkok salad was one of the BEST SALADS I've ever tasted!!! So fresh and flavorful. HIGHLY Recommend!
We tried their kale mushroom pizza and absolutely loved it.
