Upon entering the front end host didn’t say hello and just waited for me to say something (no smile just took the request to find seating in lounge. Would have been nice for her to say “Hi, welcome….” But nope. Also, our lounge server seemed rushed as we waited about 10 mins for first Hello, bar and food orders took long (bar looked backed up . Usually a great experience at Earls (but this one wasn’t . Drinks came, my Old Fashioned had wrong ice used (crushed vs solid and made the drink watered down. Upon asking after drinks were given (again asked how food was or how drinks were either . She said sorry on the drink for the ice used as the solid ice cubes ran out???, but offered to strain it...
Polo Park Earls may not have the impressive architecture of 300 Main Earls, but the staff is fantastic, there is free at-grade parking, and the happy hour deals are still great value (if you know how to order them). The restaurant has some long-term servers who make an effort to build relationships with customers, which fosters loyalty. Just make sure to check for a confirmation email from OpenTable before you leave, as the system can be glitchy. By the way, Earls 300 didn't have any reservation options available the day I wanted to go for happy hour, so I ended up going to Polo instead.
The food at this restaurant is not only beautifully presented but also incredibly delicious! We did notice that it was quite loud, but the upside was that we could enjoy our meal without being disturbed by others' conversations. Earls is always bustling for good reason, so make sure to book a reservation, especially on weekends. Enjoy!
Experienced hostess and our server was amazing. Manager is great as well. Overall I love the food quality and the staff. Kudos to the chef for making the best food. Oysters are fresh and delicious. The lump crab cakes are absolutely delicious. Thank you

Our lunch was pleasant. They delivered the wrong order but quickly replaced it with the ordered item. They even offered a salad to eat during the time it took to make the dish, but it came so quickly it wasn't necessary. Thanks for an enjoyable time.
I often visit this location and orders the same food (Cajun blackened chicken but on my March 13 visit, I felt like the quantity was not enough and the chicken was also overcooked and giving the burnt taste. Overall you guys are really good:
