As my wife began her usual reminder about not picking up things off the ground—complete with her "remember the poop bags" speech—I couldn't help but grin ear to ear. But instead of tossing my card, I excitedly declared I was heading to Earnest Ice Cream to claim my free cone. I asked her if she was joining me, or if I should just throw her card away. She came to an abrupt stop, did a double take, and I could see the realization wash over her. I was jumping up and down, quietly yelling, "We found free ice cream! I’m going to share it with you!" The BEST customer service I've experienced from Harrison!!! My ice cream sundae unfortunately fell on the ground when the compoatable spoon suddenly snapped, when I came back to the store, Harrison immediately approached me at the end of the line to ask what's wrong and never hesitated to replace my ice cream sundae immediately as soon as I told him what happened. Very nice and accommodating staff at Earnest Ice Cream Frances St. And ofcourse, delicious ice cream as always! Every week, I find myself refilling our fridge with pints of my favorite ice cream flavours!

This is the kitchen for all the Earnest shops in town. And don't let the lineup discourage you. Took need the time to decide what delicious flavors you want, and to visit with the folks also making the same decisions. Salted caramel and whiskey hazelnut are still my favourites but indulge a bit and get one of their hand crafted sundaes. Both the hot caramel with candied nuts and the hot chocolate sundaes are incredible. You won't be disappointed!They also have perfect vegan ice cream options that are so creamy, you'll further that there's no actual dairy in them!

I went to pick up a $1,000 ice cream order for an event. I believe it's a simple and courteous gesture for customer service to at least hold the door for me while I'm struggling with three large coolers and six buckets of ice cream. It would have also been helpful if they could have moved the cooler at the door to make things easier. Unfortunately, these basic customer service aspects were lacking during my pickup. I tried a whiskey hazelnut favor, which I had never seen in any ice creme shop before.The ice creme is excellently smooth, and the whiskey favor makes a hint of tastes, not wine taste, but very nice. I am not sure why it wasn't as busy as some other ice creme stores in Vancouver the day when I visited. But, that's the one keep in my memory. I will definitely go next time when I visit Vancouver again

Incredibly delicious little local ice cream place, the portions are great and the floors are so rich.The Cold Brew flavor REALLY tasted like a good cold brew, and the Whiskey Hazelnut had a nice subtle whiskey kick to it.The staff were also great, very nice and cheerful.If you're in the Metro Vancouver area looking for ice cream, then you gotta try this place.For the price, it's a 10/10.

This is a fantastic local ice cream shop with delicious flavors. I always enjoy visiting for an ice cream date since we love nearly every option they offer. The hardest part is simply deciding which flavor to choose!
