We have used this place a couple of times each year for the last eight years, but Sat 13/5/2017 will be my last. The quality of the food was very ordinary. The pizza was not much better that the fast food chain pizza when you by a premium. The Tortellini was cold, hard and flavorless. We order the same each time so that we know what we are suppose to get. Asked for both to be served at the same time, **No this did not happen** At the end of the suppose meal, over half of pizza was left, when I went to pay, this is when I thought someone would ask a question in how it was. **NO**, requested for the remaining half pizza to be boxed, a empty box was given to me. This place you had to book, now...
First and last time! Sizzlers do a better pasta! Spent $62.50 on chicken pesto and tortellini! Nothing edible, couldn't finish. Everything came out of a bag, tin or freezer the chicken was cubed and the sauce had no taste and most likely out of a tin. Husbands pasta came out first and they forgot mine and suddenly after asking where it was it appeared within seconds after waiting 30 mins for the first pasta to arrive. No apology. Dirty, out of date. Go to Woolies and get an instant frozen meal you won't be disappointed. Get your act together, you're in Bulimba! Owners of this establishment should be ashamed. I feel sorry for the staff working there.
We have been going here for years but this visit was our last as the pizza we had was tasteless the prawns have shrunk and it was dry and over cooked. I spoke to the manager for some constructive criticism and he just seemed to fob me off and just said ok then thanks and walked away. I was only trying to help his business not complaining. I do my talking with my feet and maybe you should too if you have a below par experience as there are plenty of great restaurants around that I can spend $30 or less on a pizza or a nice meal. Sorry but I felt quite offended as I am a regular but no more. The service was below average as well.
I'm sorry to say my wife & I had a horrible experience dinning at Earth n Sea. We ordered a sea food style pizza which had no seafood as the dominate taste. When our waitress asked "how did you enjoy the meal" we politely said that that pizza was not what could be a seafood experience and not acceptable. The waitress handled it well and said she would speak to management right away. We went up to pay the bill and were met with a stoney silence and flipped us off with our concerns. The front counter lady's attitude was rude and uncaring.

Dined in on a Saturday evening and it was not busy at all. Server was helpful and the food arrived on time. Two of us at the table and both ordered pasta which was good. When it was time to pay, the server refused to split the bill ( even though it was only TWO ways) saying it was "restaurant policy". It was more "server laziness".
The restaurant served frozen pizza bases, which seemed outdated. This may have been acceptable in Brisbane in 1981, but it's not now. I would be happy to show the chef how to cook fresh pizza. The menu was disappointing and the wine was cheap and unpleasant, although at least it didn't cost much.
Last night I had pasta delivered, it was supposed to be carbonara but it appeared to be just pasta with cream and a small piece of Parmesan cheese.The pasta seemed over cooked and the sauce was beyond flavourless. I had to use salt and grate my own Parmesan to make it half edible.
Love this place! Have been coming for a few years (or getting delivery) and they have some good pizza combinations. Our favourite is the BEETHOVEN- banana and prawns! Might sound odd but it's delicious

Xmas eve, nothing much open but we stumbled across this little place. Glad we did, the spag bol had so much flavour to it and the pizza was yum. Should have got a size smaller, the portions are huge!
We love the pizza from here and lovely staff. They also are very obliging if you want to customise your pizza a bit. Mmmmm, wouldn't mind some right now.
