I'm from Miami and haven't had a good Cuban since living there 8 yrs ago. That changed today. Cuban was EXACTLY how it should be and absolutely bursting with flavor. The acidity from the thinly sliced pickles and mustard, cut perfectly through the salty meats, and fluffy Cuban bread. I almost cried when I took a bite of this sandwich- literal perfection. I also ordered a Ruben with EBD seasoned fries and have nothing but the finest praises for those two items as well. The Ruben was absolutely stacked with delicious meat, and a powerful and mouth watering sauerkraut. The food was average and the portions were small. I order the breakfast bowl to go and it was given in a very small container. Update: I would definitely agree with the observation of the person that replied if the container was completely full, in this case the container was a little bit more than half (see photo). I know any reasonable consumer would agree that if you are paying $12 for a plate you would expect a reasonable portion. This was not the case.
The grilled chicken was chopped into small pieces, and while it was seasoned, it turned out to be very dry and rubbery. I tried to eat it, but it was so unappetizing that I ultimately had to give up and throw it away. I'm really disappointed with my experience, and unfortunately, it's too late to return it for a correction.
Look real packed but it was not . Food was amazing staff was amazing. We will come back . they did have a salad bar. All you can eat was $12.99 and one trip was $9.99. Wish I would’ve known I would’ve definitely have gone in the salad bar. Dietary restrictions: I’m currently on a diet so yes Kid-friendliness: Yes ?

I have a fantastic experience every time I visit! The staff is friendly, the salad bar is consistently clean, and the food is always fresh. They offer five vegetarian options, and the large salad bar is well-stocked with fresh ingredients.
East Bay Deli offers a very good product at a reasonable price. They could stand a much bigger parking lot. Parking: Good luck finding a place to park during the lunch hour.
Food was good, especially chicken salad. Lettuce could have been fresher. Large pirtion of salad. We got salad only.
I love this place. I always get the Chief Reuben with brown mustard. And a side of potato salad, so good
