The food was absolutely outstanding, easily earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. Each dish was delicious and beautifully presented, showcasing the chef's skills. However, the service was a bit lacking, receiving a score of 3 out of 5. While the staff were friendly, there were moments when attention to detail seemed to slip, leading to slower service than expected. We had the Lobster Shrimp Tacos, which featured chilled lobster and shrimp with avocado, tomatoes, and shaved romaine, topped off with cherry pepper salsa and lemon aioli. They were absolutely delicious! The seafood was fresh, and the crisp romaine added a nice texture. We also tried the Scallop Bacon Tacos, which included kimchi, charred scallion aioli, General Tso sauce, sriracha, and a Thai peanut mirin salad. These tacos were packed with unique flavors that complemented each other wonderfully. Another highlight was the Ahi Tuna Wontons, made with sesame-seared tuna served with pickled ginger, hoisin glaze, sriracha aioli, and scallions. For dessert, we indulged in “The Cookie Thing”...
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I arrived to pick up my order, but it wasn’t ready at the promised time, even though the place was nearly empty. The Caesar salad I ordered was subpar—just lettuce with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. We also had a mushroom cheeseburger on our order, but when I got there, I was informed that they no longer serve it. As a result, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to prepare a regular cheeseburger. The staff seemed disorganized, and with the quality of the food and the prices, I won’t be returning. Overall, it was a complete letdown. I recommend staying away!
A new favorite! We opted for a variety of appetizers instead of the duck, and I'm so glad we did. We sampled their mini-pots, garlic wings, tuna, oysters, and our top pick, the mussels Mozambique. I tried the grilled oysters, but I wasn't a fan of the vinaigrette since I'm not really into vinegar. However, the oysters themselves were fantastic! The swordfish was absolutely incredible, especially with the maple bacon hash! I highly recommend it! Yum!
