We originally stopped to grab a sandwich at Capriotti’s before noticing this place in the same parking lot. Thank goodness we decided to try it. Might be my new favorite place for a cheesesteak. We ordered a Pastrami Sandwich and a Pepper Jack Steak. It took me like 3 days to stop thinking about that Pepper Jack Steak. It was amazing. Perfectly cooked. No changes needed. Just a great, great sandwich. I’d never had pickles on my cheesesteak, and now I’m upset no one else had given me the option before. Game changer. Philadelphia Native here. Honestly, great place, good service, all those things check the box. The cheesteak however wasn’t great, I ordered a large size, which wasn’t even large at all. The bread is really doughy and not on point with Philly style bread. I think in my opinion, use better bread and more steak in the cheesesteak. Im from the land of hoagies and cheesteaks, so I have a good idea of how they should be, and having had different ones from all over the philly area I know how they “should” be.
I came in on august 19th for a cheese steak. The staff in the front were so kind and very helpful. The sandwich was really bad though. The meat tasted dry and burnt but also cold. Like it had been left over from an old sandwich. The cheese was unmelted and the inside crease of the sandwich was filled with cold mayo. It got me and my partner pretty nauseous. Again, great customer service, but I have serious concerns about the food safety from what I received and the resulting sickness.
This is undoubtedly my favorite sandwich shop in Murray, UT. I visit at least once a week during my lunch break. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes an effort to get to know their regular customers. And the food? It's absolutely amazing! I often find myself overindulging because it tastes so good. This restaurant serves amazing cheesesteaks! My order was taken by a staff member named Tyler, who truly impressed me. He had a wonderful personality and genuinely seemed to enjoy his job. Tyler was exceptionally helpful and patient while I took my time choosing what to order. I will definitely be back soon!
Been going to this restaurant since it first opened up. Love the subs and amazing onion rings. Have also ordered party subs.
