I’m disappointed to post this review because East Moon has been a favorite of mine since I moved to this area but that’s what this experience (in fact, the last few experiences) have been: disappointing. One of my favorite items on the menu *was* East Moon’s Thai Shrimp Spring Rolls. They are usually served beautifully wrapped w/a delicious dipping sauce, but as of recent they are sloppy, sticky and cannot be enjoyed as a handheld dish. I ended up eating it as a salad, see attachments. Unfortunately , that wasn’t my only issue. I ordered my sushi w/brown rice which was delivered to me egregiously overcooked. This place is a gem. I used to go to Fortune Cooky, but since the new management took over it fell off. I'm so glad to have found out about East Moon. I know of the one in Bowie but just never tried it. I'm sure it's FIRE ?
Was very rude to me and my friend after we had been waiting for a while. Basically acted like we were invisible and allowed someone to cut in front of us after we had been waiting, felt very disrespected.
I sat at the sushi bar and had a shrimp tempura roll and a double spicy roll, which was on special. Both were excellent. This is one of my go to restaurants for sushi as they never disappoint.

Consistently good food throughout the years. My go-to for local Asian take out and sushi. Portion size is great and everything is always fresh and homemade.
Best and most impressive sushi. All the people who work there are so sweet. The lobster roll and drunken noodles are my favorite
Horrible experience today and when complaining about it they didn't care and gave excuses. No you were just wrong own up to it.
Watched a regular leave today because of an issue and this place didn't even seem to care. Wow, i will also never be back.
