The restaurant is pretty good! I got takeout and enjoyed the fact that you can customize your meal. It cost me around $10.80, which I think is a great deal for the amount of food you can get, especially if you know what you're doing. I think the prices are a bit higher during dinner hours on weekends compared to weekdays. The only downside was that the staff member I interacted with seemed a bit unfriendly, which was disappointing. Overall, it was okay. I've eaten there before and wasn't impressed, but my dad often gets takeout from there, so I decided to give it another try. I'm glad I did because I liked it much better this time!
Waitress walking around asking people if they want a hook up on laundry pods and dryer sheets. Yelling from the back asking what we wanted to drink then asking us what other people ordered to drink then the lady at cash register had the nerve to run out to my truck after my nephew for $2 after the waitress said she'd pay for it. They actually thought I was going to pay for my daughter and she didn't even eat. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN after that experience and on top of it my stomach is killing me.
Will not be returning. Food was mostly cold. Was shocked that our waitress was high as a kite and they let her to continue to work like that. She was talking to us giving us our check and used profanity in front of us and my child. The $50 we paid for 3 buffets and 3 drinks was definitely not worth it.
Eastwind has significantly improved its food quality compared to the past. I can confidently say that the meals are now really delicious. The waitress sometimes needs assistance, but she always ensures that our drinks are full and that we are satisfied.
