This is and has been an amazing food for at least 3 decades! When the original owner retired about 3 years ago, he was bought by a talented couple who had occupied the owner for years: a talented, experienced NYC cook and the other, a NYC businesswoman who got into the role of hostess and servers! Amazing food, fast, friendly service. After waiting at ?some other place? and being ignored for a full half hour, this was a welcome change. Looking forward to coming back for breakfast. *Update. We?ve been back for dinner. Twice. At the Island Bar. Andreas is outstanding. Great cocktails and dinner is just as good as lunch. Highly recommended any time of day.

My family and I returned to this place multiple times because it was that good. Everything was exceptional and the staff was great too. Ivan was our waiter each time and did an amazing job with our large group. This was by far our favorite restaurant of our vacation. Their breakfast was also just as great.

The special thing for today? Eggs Benedikt??? How could he be so happy? He cooked perfectly and loved the cramps. I had delicious Blueberry Stuffed French Toast Absolutely delicious and we'll be back???????????

Sweet café and fresh ingredients, with an extensive menu. Great for vegan vegetarians. Great hummus pita sandwich. Although I expected a hot sandwich, I wasn't disappointed at the taste.
