Hello, I'm here to share my bad experience today. After an internet order that did not match the desired choice, the store manager still made me pay for a salad that I did not take. He just agreed to make me the salad originally wanted. I paid 10 euros more than expected without any commercial gesture while I am a loyal customer. I don't want to go anymore and I strongly advise customers not to be mistaken in their order because no backwards are possible. I point out that this situation has been very stressful when I'm 6 months pregnant! Losing a loyal customer for 10 euros... A little more diplomacy would have been more profitable over the long term. Too bad
