Pleasant, clean environment with relaxed atmosphere. My stuffed ravioli did not disappoint and my daughter's pizza had a perfect crust topped with mushrooms. My Husband would have liked more Bechamel Sauce on his Lasagna but still enjoyed the flavor. As we were celebrating 3 Birthday's we were given a complimentary Cannoli. It was not the best Cannoli I have eaten, but still the gesture was appreciated. Our server Julie was amazing, she definitely knows how to give excellent customer service.
Our waiter “Jacob” was absolutely the BEST! His knowledge of every menu item was truly amazing. He was so polite; very attentive; professional and genuinely cared about our dining experience. BTW.....this was our first visit! If I had 3000 employees like Jabob; my search for better employees would be finished. We will be back all because of our waiter “Jacob”. Job well done sir.... Job well done!!
The overall ambiance and atmosphere was nice and simple. The cocktails were very delicious! However, the food was quite disappointing. The portion size, taste and freshness have definitely influenced me to not return. Our party ordered 2 lasagnes as well as the spaghetti, the lasagne's were room temperature and the spaghetti lacked sauce and flavor.
I was so looking forward to going here but was very disappointed. Our food was bland, there were gnats flying around our table and not once did our server smile. For $250 for 2 adults and 2 kids, even the small things like nothing besides Italian soda for non alcoholic options and limited kids options made it that more disappointing. Food was amazing and service was great. Food came out hot and fast. It was so good (lasagna and spinach ravioli). The only problem was we left hungry. $80 for a meal for two and a side of bread. Just water to drink, no alcohol. I know it is made on site with prime ingredients, but pasta and pizza is still cheap to make.
My daughter celebrated her 15th birthday at Eataly Northpark with 6 friends. Their waitress, Julie, was so kind and helpful. They adored her, and she was so sweet when I came to pay. The girls said the food was amazing, and they had a wonderful time. Thanks for making the evening so special y'all!
Poor to no WiFi but you won't do separate tickets for a party so we can pay and get out of there? It took another 20-30 minutes just for us to transfer money to one person because of the poor to no WiFi. This was unacceptable and turned the experience sour.

Lately they have add charges just because, not bread or butter, not olive oil or balsamic vinegar like in any restaurant in Italy, the waiter very bad mood, itnis a expensive pasta wirhout any other add on
