Creamy garlic mushrooms were dry and lacked the flavour of garlic and no cream. Myself and my partner ordered chicken fajitas as our main course I had to take two condiment bowls back to the bar as they were all cracked and chipped and as a chef I am fully aware of HACCP and FOOD HYGIENE we were told that the sauces weren't fresh anyway. I informed the waiter that due to the ceramic bowls being damaged they collect a build up if bacteria which could potentially cause food poisoning again I was told that the sauces weren't fresh. I have visited this restaurant several times now. The food is not exceptional, but it is a chain so I wasn't expecting it to be. It's a reliable choice, and we mainly come back because it's family-friendly and the staff are excellent. We have been served by Megan on most of our visits, and she is very friendly, but all the staff are good. They have high chairs, a play area, and will heat up our baby's food. There is also plenty of parking available.
Came for a last minute (and late! dinner with some friends. Unfortunately, most of the roast dinners had sold out, but our waitress Megan was incredibly helpful and accomodating. She was friendly and patient with us and made our meal out very pleasant and stress free Food was very good, and came very quickly. A very clean and nicely decorated restaurant which I will definitely be coming back to.
Came here for my child to have a play such a good and quiet fun play as he doesn’t like loud noises had a latte was lovely ordered food as well. Food was ok only complaint was the chicken wasn’t the best but lovely server called Morgan sorted it all for us.

The service was good, with Kornelia providing excellent table service. The main dishes were average, but the desserts were great. I will definitely visit again, especially since the kids loved the play area.
The service was fantastic and I have no complaints about the food either. Everything was well-cooked and met my expectations for a chain restaurant. The price was just right for the quality of the meal.
Always come here for the fajitas. They were amazing as always. Staff are always friendly attentive and efficient. Can not fault a thing. Thanks again everyone and see you again soon

Horrible food quality. Won’t be back. Garlic bread was still frozen in the middle and macaroni tasted like it was out of a tin.
