The Eat'n Park on Brandt School Road in Wexford, Pennsylvania, is one and done for the burger eater among us. Upsides, the restaurant's interior is handicapped accessible and has booths and tables which can easily accommodate very large parties. There is outdoor seating as well. The restaurant has a very large menu including Pepsi products and a decent looking soup and salad bar. The server was friendly and efficient, refilled a Pepsi and offered and to-go cup. Downsides, the burger eater among us ordered a Classic Burger with two hand-pressed burgers topped with lettuce and tomato, and a side of fries (see attached photo). Carletta, (I believe her name was) the lady that seated us was very polite, and informative. Patient as we had 2 kids under 13 with us, not knowing what they wanted. The food came quickly and looked good with the exception of the hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict which was chunky and separated. We were there at the end of breakfast so understandable. However our server Lisa was rude, checked on us only once. So inconvenient for her that we asked to be seated outside. We had to go inside and ask for our check at which point we simply got a question of what do you want? No tip for attitude. I ordered a vanilla milkshake. The waitress brought it to the table with the drink spilling down the glass. The napkin underneath was soaked through and the table underneath the drink was a mess. I had ordered blueberry pancakes. When they came, waitress left and I discovered she left no butter or syrup. I had to search for someone to help me. A young man said he would bring me some. By the time I received these, my pancakes were cold. Never again will I eat at the Wexford Eat N Park. Poor service.
I usually love Eat n Park. Today they completely failed. The chicken noodle soup was water noodles and the iceberg lettuce was brown. I asked if they could switch it out and they said they would just to watch everyone keep passing it up. I will not be returning to this one. Visited from out of town. Love the retro style building! Neon lights on the outside would top it off at night. Little more retro inside as well would be cool. Lexi our server was awesome! Very attentive and super nice ! Salad bar was very tasty , best onion rings, crinkle fries and fried pickles. Smash burgers were good. If down this way again def stopping by and leaving room for an awesome looking sundae.
We came in to get a slice of pie. The first lady was just sitting there watching us and then went to the back and told someone to get us a pie. The lady she told said she was on break, then proceeds to go to the register and sit and watch us while we wait. We couldn't stand it no more so we left. Before we went I thought maybe eating park wasn't so bad. This experience changed my mind.
The hostess didn't know where to seat our party of 5. Service was slow and frankly the food is overpriced considering what you can get from other restaurants.

They offered excellent service at an excellent price and then they also gave us warm water to feed our child.
