At the turn of a turn between Ajaccio and Cargesis, we are welcomed by a super friendly host who talks about his products ... and what products !!!! We enjoy a plank of charcuterie and homemade cheeses, all more delicious than others with a few slices of tomatoes from the garden.... A delight. Less than an hour after our arrival we are plunged into Corsica that we love, warm welcome and exceptional products in a magnificent setting!!! A little advice stops you to just take a picture.... taste !!!!
Here is the authentic stop we were waiting to start our great Corsican weekend! nestled on a beautiful esplanade, along the road that connects ajaccio a calcatoggio, aqua blanca offers a sublime view and a unique experience! the owner warmly greets you and treats you with his homemade cheeses and cutters. a delight in simplicity!! not to mention the small wonders that nest in its small wooden hut: incredible honeys, tarrines, jams. This place really deserves a stop! We'll be back!
On the edge of a beautiful road, we were drawn to this small place.With no regret, our stop was longer than planned so this place charmed us. Tasting excellent products, we made purchases of local products. The warm welcome of our host, who took the time and pleasure to talk to us about his island, his work, this beautiful place.
