I reckon that with this visit, I had the opportunity to try a good variety from the menu. The entrees we ordered served as excellent starters. You really can't go wrong with kingfish sashimi. The pork doughnuts reminded me of a fried BBQ pork bun that you would typically find at a yum cha place. The beef tataki tasted great, featuring thick slices of beef that I didn't mind. This is without a doubt my favorite Japanese restaurant in Richmond! My friends and I always come here for dinner before heading out for a night of live music. Its proximity to Richmond station makes it incredibly convenient. The food here is excellent, with dishes cooked over charcoal and perfect for sharing - we always end up ordering way too much! They have a fantastic wine list and some interesting cocktails as well. This is a must-visit for anyone in Melbourne looking for delicious Japanese cuisine. We dined in the semi private dining room for a going away party and ate from the Maiko set menu. Service was impeccable and the food was delicious they were attentive to all our allergies and provided alternatives that didn’t leave anyone wanting. The space is modern and atmosphere was fun. I absolutely love Eazy Peazy in Melbourne! The venue, service, and food are all top-notch and it has quickly become one of my favorite places to dine out.
