Caroline is always a wonderful server. Great Ecco Caesar, swordfish, and the new burger is amazing. As a former server myself, what I noticed today was how the entire team (manager, all servers, bartenders) work together to make sure every guest is being taken care of. Even though Caroline was very attentive to our needs, other servers brought us our drinks when they saw them sitting at the bar, or brought out our food as soon as it hit the line. I overhead some of them asking each other are you OK , can I help you with something . Well done Ecco.
Promptly seated, skilled personable service without being intrusive. Nice buzz in the room that did not preclude conversation. Food ws excellent with many interesting and different choices along with some outstanding wines by the glass choices. Look forward to dining here again.
Everything on the menu was wonderful. We ordered family-style and just shared a bunch of different items. Our waiter was Parker, and he was so fantastic: knowledgeable, attentive and kind. Ecco’s always the right choice for a great meal in midtown.
We had a lovely dinner to celebrate the engagement of our daughter and future son in law. Service was impeccable and we enjoyed our food and wine. Table was near kitchen a it was a little loud. Otherwise everything was great.
