This is not your average Mexican place. The location is a bit weird; like a mini strip mall. But inside is a clean, softly lit dining area with comfy booths and relaxing music. The menus are nicely done, with information I need because I don't often have Mexican. The food did not disappoint. The chicken in my taco was moist and delicately seasoned. The free chips and salsa were a nice surprise because they are homemade. The salsa was a puree with hints of garlic and other spices. The prices are very reasonable balanced against the quality of the food. And the service was great. Lots of professional staff so you get the attention you need. Highly recommend this place! The food is always delicious, but twice I've been here and not had waiter come to table in first 15 minutes. On both occasions patrons who were seated after me had their orders taken and received drinks before we were even spoken too. It wasn't a very busy Sunday, so the food took a bit of time to arrive. I ordered tacos and enchiladas, which were both fresh and delicious. The fries were fantastic, and the rice was good too. However, I wasn't a fan of the mashed potatoes and corn. The corn was tough and unappetizing, and the potatoes had a strange sour taste and didn't seem authentic. Despite that, I will definitely return to try more dishes!
