Si has estado alguna o varias veces en restaurantes con estrella, notarás que éste tiene el esquema de ese tipo de restaurantes, tanto en carta, como en organización de la sala, etc. Para mi gusto, sin desmerecer al producto, que es de alta calidad, se queda corto. Pretende pero no sorprende. El trato es amable, cercano y acertado. Reitero que el producto es excelente pero a los platos les falta algo. Cuando vas a un menú degustación esperas ver el carácter y la intención del proyecto en el transcurso de los distintos pases, me faltó detectar esto. Los platos eran la gran mayoría fríos, lo que daba sensación de no pasar más allá de los aperitivos.

I recommend it 100% because the eloves are correct, the emplaced and the quantities. However, it can always be improved and it is a shame that the site is so small.
