This is for the hotel not the restaurant (which is excellent and lift the hotel on the positive side). The hotels is rather dull for the price. Although the rooms are large they are far too many issues. Bad pillows. The fact that there is no door for the toilets (yes I know it sounds crazy). Or one of the worst breakfast I had in recent times (I can't believe for 15 euros it fits on a 0.5 x 2 table with no viennoiseries or hot options).

Hôtel dans un cadre exceptionnel, au calme, avec une literie confortable. Seul point noir, des mauvaises odeurs remontent des canalisations. Très bon repas, des saveurs explosives et surprenantes avec des associations qui peuvent surprendre mais en bouché c'est un délice ! Jamais déçue par ce restaurant. I ordered the short menu (double plate) and my son ordered 8 courses menu. The food was amazing, the wine was very well put together. The intelligent use of fresh herbs and flora fragrance really refresh my pellets. Service excellent, waiter has style. Recommended!
