Very poor service/price ratio. See the various photographs of the plates to realize that it is far from being plentiful. You might as well spend your money in a real gourmet place that doesn't just serve samples and that offers a beautiful view, such as over a green. The desserts are edible but uninteresting. It's very uncreative. Not great art and yet relatively expensive for what it is. The wines highlighted by this shop are just drinkable. Certainly the most profitable for the establishment. On the hotel side there is a better service/price ratio. Noteworthy details: Private place.
This is for the hotel not the restaurant (which is excellent and lift the hotel on the positive side). The hotels is rather dull for the price. Although the rooms are large they are far too many issues. Bad pillows. The fact that there is no door for the toilets (yes I know it sounds crazy). Or one of the worst breakfast I had in recent times (I can't believe for 15 euros it fits on a 0.5 x 2 table with no viennoiseries or hot options).
Once again very very solid! I couldn't wait to come back to eat at Éclosion and the pleasure was once again there for all the guests. For a first service of the new menu: no errors or hesitations in the descriptions of the dishes, very good food and wine pairings, and attentive staff... We had dinner with friends today, we had a truly incredible moment visually, olfactorily and tastefully. Thanks to the chef and his team for all these flavors. I ordered the short menu (double plate) and my son ordered 8 courses menu. The food was amazing, the wine was very well put together. The intelligent use of fresh herbs and flora fragrance really refresh my pellets. Service excellent, waiter has style. Recommended!
