Ecologyst Whistler Cafe

This espresso deserves a solid four stars, and it can be quite elusive to find. The staff here are truly passionate about their coffee, which is evident in every cup. The espresso boasts a complex array of aromatic notes and beautifully balanced flavors, featuring an intense sweetness and acidity that's exceptional on its own. It also maintains its bright acidity when prepared as a flat white. Highly recommended!

The coffee is expertly made, the atmosphere is peaceful, the shop is immaculate, and the decor is stunning. Plus, they not only welcome my dog but also offer a bowl of water and a cozy indoor space to keep warm.

Beautiful store with great coffee. Even the drip coffee was made fresh and tasted amazing. It’s a little on the expensive side but most things are in whistler and this is actually worth it.
