I happened to come across a nice selection at a store in Plainfield and decided to bring one along. After the hike, I received a rave review that I felt needed to be shared with you and your customers. The team member said, "You HAVE to tell me where that bakery is! I thoroughly enjoyed that treat as we were leaving the restaurant after the hike. The chocolate cake was decadent and moist, and it appeared to have homemade buttercream frosting. It was perfect." I ordered my daughter's 2nd birthday cake from this bakery and picked it up at their farmhouse. The home was beautiful and the staff were friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience! 1987.
I have been a fan of Eddie's donuts and pastries since I was young, when Mr. Tony owned a store in St. Johnsbury. Paul has continued the tradition of serving delicious and mouth-watering treats that you would expect from a top-rated restaurant. What a great find! We happened upon Eddie's Bakery's Maple Glazed Donuts and are so happy we did. They're delicious with wonderful maple flavor (as Vermonters we're picky about that! and were so fresh! I even shipped some out to our daughter in California; she always appreciates maple food gifts from home!
