My husband and I came here to celebrate my birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic. We got a 5-course meal with classic wine pairings. My husband ordered the chef's tasting menu, and when I expressed that I actually preferred the options on the 8-course menu our server said that was no problem! They allowed me to choose 5 options from that menu instead. Speaking of our server Gustavo was a delight! He knows how to read the room. there is a good reason, that is the number a restaurant in banff! everyone. single. biss. was an exquisite experience for the taste buds! the personal was attentive, dedicated, numerous and humorous! by far the most interesting and unforgettable culinary experience we had in years.
that is one of the best restaurants we were. the food and the service were exceptional. we were treated from the time we went into, like a royal treatment until we were gone. we would highly recommend here.
it was a wonderful meal. every cure that is built on the last with complex and inviting aromes. we have made the wee pairing for each cure that improves the aromes and the overall experience. It's amazing!
