Recently, my wife and I had the pleasure of enjoying cocktails and desserts at Eden Roc. This experience was a pure delight. Perched at the top of a small cliff, we were dazzled by the magical view that offered us the enchanting setting of the establishment. As for the service, it was of an irreproachable professionalism, combining a presence both discreet and attentive, all in human heat. But what really marked our visit is the quality of drinks and desserts. I'm tempted to say I tasted the best cocktails in my life! Exceptional and mythical Reservation strongly advised at least 2 weeks before and even more during the months of July and August. Exceptional setting with entrance via the very treed park of the Cap Eden Roc hotel (which we regret not to cross so we are backed by counterways to have the view from the perron worthy of a dream! Very attentive service and waitress in small care. Beautiful setting with sunset for dinner. Tasting of taste buds in the plate with the absolutely delicious guacamole, I was disappointed by the very basic Caesar salad served with the trognon of the iceberg type salad in the plate (oups... but caught by the mellow dessert with chocolate. We went to lunch at the grill, the impression of being on a cruise settles immediately with the ground by boat deck and the breathtaking view. The welcome is warm, the staff is very effective while being discreet, nothing lacks everything from source and the plate does not deviate with the rest it is very well cooked: blue lobster divine.
