I will begin with the good: The waitress was very nice and constantly our water during the meal, which was very appreciated, and they have oranges and lucky cookies on the house to dessert. Not so great. The restaurant was very hot inside and uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning inside. I feel bad for the people working inside. The rinder egg roll had only cabbage for a beef. Beef and broccoli were almost all broccoli and had a few small pieces of beef. The beef was delicious, but there was very little. The food is consistently poor and obscenely expensive. If you want to play a fun game with your kids, just order the chicken chow fun and play a scavenger hunt to find the chicken in the noodles. It is a Chanukah miracle that this place is still in business. This is solely due to the lac of kosher alternatives in Westchester.
The food at this restaurant was fantastic! I would certainly return just for the food, thanks to the talented chef and cooks. Unfortunately, the waitress/server was quite rude – I won't go into specifics, but I'll definitely be getting my food to go if it's the same server. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5 stars.
My friends hosted a Sheva Brachot celebration for my daughter and son-in-law at Josh's restaurant. They set up for 35 people and accommodated everyone's needs. The service was excellent and everyone loved their meals. We stayed until closing time because we were having such a fantastic time and didn't want to leave.

I ordered the sweet sour chicken lunch special with an egg roll for about $14 takeout. The rice was hard but the chicken was cooked well with the only exception being a few hard pieces. Egg roll was mediocre. Makes sense to be a kosher influenced restaurant because the entire meal reminded me of Jewish challah.
I ordered house special Chow My Chow mine is a traditional Chinese dish with egg noodles and stirred fried vegetables) and got Rice and meat in sweet sauce with lots of onion. I called and was told that this is the way she chow my... Really????????? I will never order from this restaurant again!!!!
My friends were Sheva Brachot for my son-in-law. Josh sat down for 35 people and took up all the needs. The service was great and everyone enjoyed their meals. We stayed literally until the doors were closed this night. No one wanted to leave, we all had a great time.
Great sesame chicken. Fried rice. Egg drop wonton soup. Wontons were good but I've had better. But the real winner... Pastrami egg roll outta this world! And prices are relatively cheap for waiter service

I was excited to try the pastrami egg rolls, but I was disappointed with the taste. The restaurant is kosher, which is okay, but they are closed on Friday nights and all day Saturday.
I liked it and went to the buffet. Great value. Happy to reimburse l recommend.
