We decided to eat at the Edge Steakhouse for our first night in Vegas. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating the entire night. Our glasses of water were filled all night and they periodically checked in on us during our meal. We first started off with our Lobster Bisque. our server, alex, was really quite terrible. it took 10 minutes after sitting to get only water and another 10 minutes after that, before even on our table, from the atem and in a huge hurry to hurry and leave our table again. eating is good and the value for quality vs price is definitiw fantastic. but the server ruined our experience for us.
