Firstly, it was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone. When I did email, I got a response but wasn’t able to place the order over email. That should have been the first red flag. I ordered three dozen custom cookies for an engagement party two weeks in advance. When I arrived to pick up order both employees were hanging out in the back chatting away while customers waited until they finally noticed. The cookies were sloppy and looked as if they were made in a rush, the lining was crooked and different colored icing overlapped etc. the only reason I’m giving two stars is that the guests seemed to enjoy the flavor of the cookie, although I didn’t particularly. Got a few cupcakes today, was disappointed in the lack of flavour, texture and overly sweet frosting, I would recommend somewhere else for the overall price to quality ratio

I've received homemade oreo cookies a few times for bday and they are absolutely pathetic. No icing and not soft like they should be. Cupcakes are good.
