The interior is spacious and inviting, with friendly service and truly authentic Taiwanese dishes! As a native of Taiwan, I have a good sense of what Taiwanese food should taste like, and this place absolutely delivered! Every dish we tried was fantastic!
1) **Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken** - This was incredibly authentic, reminding me of the ones I had in Taiwan, if not better.
2) **Beef with Scallion Pancake** - The pancake was crispy and delicious, and the savory-sweet black bean sauce paired perfectly with the scallions.
3) **Garlic Fish** - This dish was flavorful, with just the right amount of garlic sweetness and nicely breaded. The portion size was great.

The food is excellent. Amazing flavors, accurately prepared by Taiwanese staff (the flavors remind us of Taiwan !3 cups chicken is freshly chopped chicken parts- so beware of bone shards. The beef noodle soup, scallion pancakes, pancake wrapped with beef— they were all a+.The dine-in experience itself lacks a lot. We can ignore the fruit flies hovering occasionally near us, as thats not really anyone’s fault. Stopped by for lunch on a Sunday and the restaurant was pretty empty. I heard they had good stinky tofu so we came by to try it. The tofu definitely had the stink but it tasted like the store package stinky tofu that they just fried. We also asked for more sauce because who can eat stinky tofu without the garlic sauce? The waitress took the plate back to the kitchen to add sauce and came back saying there is some on the bottom of the plate... Never been to a place that was so stingy with sauce! I'm not really into noodles, so I opted for the curry chicken with fried rice. My meal was delightful but not spicy; you can request more spices if you prefer. The atmosphere, however, left something to be desired, with some areas of the restaurant showing signs of wear and tear, like dents and scratches on the wall behind me. Despite this, the food lived up to my expectations. I’d rate it 9.3/10 for overall experience and a perfect 5/5 for the food.

They finally reopened for indoor dining after 1 year and I’m so happy they’re back. Edison is full of many great Chinese spots but this one is worth a visit. Food is great, prices are good and the staff is very nice.My favorite dishes were Three Cup Chicken, Spicy Dry Pot with Beef, and Fried Squid.Also good and pictured in photos are: Satay Beef Stir Fry Noodle, Jellyfish, Fried Porkchop, Eggplant with Garlic Sauce, and Seafood with Tofu.
I love the food here. I come here often even if they don't speak English well (I honestly like that lol. I know the food will be authentic). My favorite dish is the fish with cummin (spicy) and the hot and pepper fried rice. Totally worth checking this place out!
I'd say the food here is above 4-star but not quite 5-star yet; rounded it up to five. Among the dishes we had, pork ear dry bean curd and Taiwan style fried chicken stood out; braised pork over rice is pretty good.
First time curious, restaurant is so quiet... only 1 table occupied by another guest.. but when we try, taste is good, not bad, and really Szechuan taste... nice, but need promotion and sales
