Way over priced!!! Some reviews said it was like a mall sushi yes . We did the omakase and expected quality and the sushi grade was very average especially if you eat omakase and high quality sushi. It’s presentation and serving you uni and some other fishes that gets the eye but those qualities are not high end!! Both husband and I were disappointed as we paid close to 300 without alcohol . You would think you would get quality food but a waste !! Good to get roles maybe cute environment but wayyyy overpriced . It’s just the experience I think that people havnt had and think it’s good but not if you have had quality sushi before you can really tell the difference. I think if they were price...

From the very friendly service to the high quality of every dish, we couldn't have been happier with our dinner at Edoko!! I had lunch today with a friend and wanted to share my experience. Along with a fantastic meal, I was served by a delightful waitress. She struck the perfect balance between being friendly and efficient. Noticing that I was new to sushi, she patiently helped me decide what to order without making me feel rushed. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Sara, who is truly professional, kind, and genuine. Her welcoming demeanor creates a relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The sushi fish was stale, and the rice was poorly prepared. The crispy rice was even worse—it tasted like something you'd find at a second-rate village fair. When we mentioned our concerns to the server and left half of our meals untouched, she merely shrugged and didn’t seem to care. I will not be returning.
I enjoyed delicious food with stunning presentation. I tried the spicy tuna over crispy rice and the rainbow roll. I really appreciated the creativity in reinventing a traditional roll with such beautiful presentation. Overall, it was a unique sushi experience that is definitely worth trying. The ambiance was pleasant, and the staff were friendly.
I thoroughly enjoyed the salmon nigiri, spicy salmon roll, and spicy hamachi rolls; they were fantastic! Our server was outstanding as well, ensuring we were well taken care of. I would definitely return!
