Went there on 2nd march Been served by the guy sorry didn’t get his name but he’s the only one was wearing black clothes. Everything was fine they had gf option burgers were ok. Than eventually the guy who started his shift bold one(came to work on skate board) as he was the only one available at the time trying to get his attention to order another drinks he slammed the bill on my table and walked away. I paid the bill and went to Macy’s next door as my daughter really needed a drink. Hardly busy neither no one was wiring on The door so really they were not in a need of table as 70% of the restaurant was empty. Anyways thank you
I told the server about my dairy intolerance and ordered a vegan meal in order to get dairy-free cheese on my burger, even though I didn't really want a vegan meal. Unfortunately, the vegan burger was not to my liking. The experience was made even worse when I was served a salad with a creamy dressing after explaining my dietary restrictions. Assuming it was vegan or dairy-free, I ate it only to later discover that it wasn't. I ended up getting sick and had to quickly leave the restaurant to find the nearest bathroom, feeling unwell for hours.
Located at the top of the Southampton shopping center, my daughter took us to this diner. She is a big fan of the place and wanted us to try the milkshakes. The service was fantastic, with the option to self-order or have a waitress take our order. The food arrived quickly and tasted delicious, with no complaints. The sausage patties were amazing and the milkshakes were delightful, with generous portions. Our meal for three only cost £43 and left us feeling satisfied for the day. I can't wait to visit again!
This was our first visit to Ed's Easy Diner and it won't be our last. The all-day breakfast was excellent with good quality food and generous helpings. The staff were lovely, especially Kieran who served us and the manager who welcomed us when we arrived and was happy to chat. A mistake with our order was rectified quickly and to our satisfaction. We didn't feel rushed during our meal and the bill was very reasonable for a West Quay eatery. Very highly recommended.

Had such a lovely time here, the food was very good, as well as the awesome shakes. It was a nice and relaxed environment. Kieran served us and he really put a smile on our faces, you could tell he enjoyed his job and was really lovely. It was definitely service with a smile from him. Best service I have had in a long time. Thank you ever so much. Could not fault anything about our time there.
Absolutely awful. Waited ages to be seated with loads of spare tables. Staff member didn't come over for nearly 20 minutes and asked what we wanted, by this time we'd already ordered on the app as it seemed impossible to even get a tap water! Food is ridiculously over priced for what you get, it was okay but wouldn't recommend to an enemy based on the poor servixe!
Appalling service waiting outside diner for 15 minutes plenty off staff and empty tables. When we were eventually approached we were told we would have to wait another 15 mi it’s to be seated. We had been shopping all morning and just wanted a seat. There were at least 20 empty tables. We were told no we have to wait outside. We left
Eds diner is in westquay shopping centre. Was asked about allergies on the way in before being seated.i advised I wasn't allergic to egg but didn't like it so they provided a meal without quite happily. Didnt wait to long for food and the drinks was refillable provided they was the diet /low sugar version.

We waited a long time for fast food of average quality, which was then served lukewarm. The "bottomless" soda refills were hard to come by, just like the staff. The server was friendly, but clearly overwhelmed with tasks.
Though we waited for seating as it was busy and they were short staffed. The waiter we had was very warm and welcoming Great service, good food Would return
