If you are looking for an overpriced (Covid made price surge acceptable) below average smoked meat you found it. Sanitary uneasy. Cook is using one glove manipulating the meat. Changed it once in an hour while touching everything with it. Including the meat wich is pre sliced and manually (using the gloved hand used for everything around) steamed to make sure it's full of water and less tasty. Steaming a chunk of meat is ok as the water won't dilue the savor and you cut meat as you need it. But pre sliced, they make sure the taste is dilued down one slice at a time. I will drive to Montreal next time for a real smoked meat.
my second time there it was very good again i like that it has internet would of been my 3rd time but i guess i went there on a monday and it was closed last time i went there the server, very nice very polite but he was talking very low and i had to make him repeat im in my 40's there was 2 men in there 60/70's at the bar when i got there they constantly made the server repeat i think the boy was in training this was sept 11 2016
Absolutely fantastic smoked meat! I just had the 6 oz meal. (2 bigger ones available). Hapoy I did because it was a MEAL!Server was very attentive and efficient. Loved it. If you're looking for authentic Montreal Smoked Meat outside if Montreal proper, by all means, go here. It's not a big place, probably seats 20 people at a time, so probably not good for a big gathering, but for 1 6 people, ideal!
The food is average. It is not bad but not great either. Just mediocre. The size of the ribs is absolutely ridiculous. You pay $25 for a portion of ribs the size of your palm. The service on the other hand was really good. Very attentive and nice servers.

The food was absolutely delicious! We only wished we had ordered the larger size, but other than that, everything was great. We ordered 2 smoked meat sandwiches and a poutine, which came to $40 with the tip.
First time with my girlfriend and it won't be last , food was excellent very good service fast , food was hot very good portions. Very good staff very polite. : Keep up the work we will be back soon.
It's not bad...! But it's not MTL meat.They slice it thin like cold cuts and it looses the texture. But avoid wise not bad just wish u made thick cuts by hand.
Everything was great. The food was excellent and they followed our instructions perfectly. The best option among all delivery services.
