Very nice hotel with great rooms and a beautiful view. The service is excellent, the staff incredibly friendly and attentive. It was especially nice that the room was made up again in the evening for the night. The wellness area is stunningly beautiful, with an ice lounge, various saunas, a great gym, and wonderful relaxation areas. The cleanliness is also absolutely outstanding; everything was spotless. The breakfast is great, even with gluten-free bread. We ate in one of the two restaurants, where it was very cozy and the food was delicious. Compared to other hotels in this category, we were very disappointed here. The deluxe room had a nice view and a pleasant size, but the bathroom was not separated by a door, so all the steam from the shower spread around the room! We found it even worse that you can't regulate the heating yourself, but have to call reception! IMPOSSIBLE! Furthermore, we were woken up between 2:30 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. and kept from sleeping because a group was partying loudly and smoking under our balcony. Wir haben unsere Traumhochzeit in der dazugehörigen Alm gefeiert und im traumhaften Hotel übernachtet. Von der Planung bis zum Ende der Feier war alles einfach perfekt. Der gesamte Service – ein großes Dankeschön an Cora, die all unsere Wünsche liebevoll umgesetzt hat – sowie die Lage, das Essen und die Zimmer waren hervorragend. Simply beautiful! The best thing is the extremely friendly staff. You get the feeling that people enjoy working here, but that's not so often the case anymore. Fantastic spa area. We were there with our 1 year old baby. 24/7 room service. Everything we needed was provided to us, whether porridge or warm milk. Thank you very much for the great stay!
