I worked here twice, and during my second experience, the manager, Dee, repeatedly revealed my disability to other employees and was very rude about providing me with necessary accommodations. It is unacceptable for autistic individuals to be treated with such disrespect in the workplace. Dee even went so far as to make jokes about me in front of other staff members.
Terrible service! The staff is consistently rude and often messes up orders, delivering bagels that are haphazardly made. There’s plenty of attitude, but there’s a lack of effort put into the food!
As a student, I never received my bagel, and when I asked for assistance, I was met with some attitude.
