Tania's bar is a small, very Spanish cafe/bar on the outskirts of the village of Fines. She makes all the food fresh to order from a tiny kitchen, and the tapas are fantastic. Beautifully cooked, perfectly presented, usually on slate plates, worthy of Masterchef! Try the Pork Secreto slices of tender pork on crusty bread, topped with crunchy tobacco onions and drizzled with honey. Or the Tostio Pollo sliced chicken breast fillet on crusty bread, with alioli, served with Tania's own home made sweet mustard sauce. Delicious! The name of this venue directly translates to The Coven . But despite the name and the witch decor, that 's where the dark side ends. The welcome in this friendly bar/restaurant is where it comes into its own. Unusually for the area, the wine is served in good large stylish glasses. The food is tastefully displayed on black slate and prepared freshly on order. The pork loin and tuna melts in the mouth. Highly recommended.
