The taste of the food is excellent and the service is phenomenal, they make you feel at home, especially the waitress Ana has a very beautiful charisma and excellent management by the manager Cynthia, she rated it 10/10
El Balcón de las Americas has the best Colombian Hispanic food around town. Best quality food and for a fair price. Excellent customer service. Cynthia is always super nice attentive to our family.
